Yoga

Yoga is the moment by moment practise of gently unifying body and mind. This can be explored through asanas (postures), pranayama (breath work) and meditation (both in stillness and in movement) on the mat and then hopefully taking this cultivated inner stillness into the rest of your life.

One to One Yoga Classes

I offer one to one bespoke 60 minute and 90 minute yoga sessions, tailored to your body's needs and unique energy levels.  We will work at your own pace and with my full presence. My classes are deeply restorative whereby I invite you to return to your breath and engage with your fascinating body with attention, intention and open curiosity. As you allow your body to unfold you can discover the intrinsic pathways where energy flows easily and effortlessly. With your permission I can enhance the space we create together with essential oils to calm the mind, ground the body and uplift the spirit. All one to one yoga sessions take place in the comfort of your own home.

One to one yoga sessions can be beautifully complimented with a 60 minute Aromatherapy Massage allowing you to open and stretch fully followed by an opportunity to receive relaxing touch more deeply.

Weekly Classes

I am currently offering a small, warm and friendly Slow Flow yoga class at the Quakers Meeting House in Lewes on Monday evenings between 6.30-8pm. (Bookings essential - please call 07905445585) and a drop-in class on Thursday mornings at 10-11.15am in the Reading Room in Glynde.

I am a certified Hatha Yoga teacher graduating in 2014 through Yoga Alliance (200hr) accreditation. I bring my extensive experience of anatomy and massage body work, as well as being a seasoned dancer of 5Rhythms, to my yoga practise and teaching.

"Yoga with Wendy is tops! I thoroughly enjoy our one to one sessions and she paces them well for my ability. Cherished time."
